I get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When your days are packed and your energy\u2019s running on fumes, even the idea of \u201cworking out\u201d can feel like pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here\u2019s something most people don\u2019t hear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Physical fitness isn\u2019t about punishment.<br>It\u2019s about regulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you move with intention\u2014not intensity\u2014your body starts to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your brain fog clears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your digestion improves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your sleep gets deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your mood lifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your energy returns\u2014not just in bursts, but consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem isn\u2019t that you\u2019re not doing enough.<br>It\u2019s that the way movement is usually taught ignores the nervous system completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re told to go harder. Burn more.
