If you’ve been here a while, you might notice things look a little different. This new series is called Inside Timbiriche Vida because that’s exactly what it is—a peek into the stories, lessons, and tools that shaped my own health journey and now shape the way I coach.
You’ll see more personal reflections, more rhythm, and more real talk—written in English so I can connect with the broader community I serve, both here and beyond.
These aren’t quick tips. They’re invitations to slow down, reconnect, and build health that holds—even on your busiest, messiest days.
Aligned with this new fresh look, I want to share something…
I recently came across a quote by Viola Davis that pulled me to a full stop.
“Every single day, my job is to not betray myself.”
And I thought: Yes. That’s it. That’s what this work has become for me.
Because for a long time, I betrayed myself daily.
Not in dramatic ways.
But in small, subtle choices that said, “not now,” “not yet,” or “I don’t have time.”
I worked through exhaustion.
Silenced discomfort.
Pushed my body through the day because it’s what’s needed to be done.
Rested poorly, always overthinking things.
I spent years proving I was strong—but I was never really safe.
And here’s what I’ve learned:
Betraying your body isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, it’s the silent kind that becomes your normal.
The healing started when I began doing the opposite.
Not getting frustrated with my gut and instead kept eating in a way that nourished me—not controlled me.
Doing workouts with movement, to find a rhythm that works for my body—not to compensate.
Sleeping, not just when I crashed—but because my body deserved rest.
Creating boundaries that let me say: this matters, and so do I.
It’s not about just routines but rebuilding a relationship with yourself.
It’s about rethinking health in a way that fits your life.
Because when your health comes from self-loyalty, not self-denial—everything changes.
If you’re tired of holding it all together while slowly losing connection with your body, know this:
You can rebuild your health from a place of care.
You can come back to yourself.
To your thriving,
