This is a personalized 1:1 coaching experience designed to help break the stress-exhaustion cycle, regain energy, and build healthier habits that fit real life — so your health starts supporting your life instead of draining it.

This program is designed for people who are tired of running on pressure, inconsistent habits, and self-care that doesn’t last. It’s for those who feel overwhelmed, carry a lot of responsibility, or have tried different approaches to feeling better that haven’t felt sustainable. It offers a more realistic, whole-person way to feel better — one that helps you understand your stress and support your body without adding more pressure.

We’ll explore how stress is showing up in your body, your energy, and your daily life — and how reconnecting with yourself and your body can help you understand what it needs. Together, we’ll work with how you eat, move, and recover to create habits that support your health and well-being in a realistic, sustainable way.

This is a personalized, 6-month coaching program with 26 one-on-one, 60-minute sessions. Each session offers space to better understand what’s affecting you, while supporting you in making sustainable changes through a collaborative, client-centered process. Together, we focus on building habits, developing awareness, and strengthening the skills that help you support your wellbeing over time in a way that fits your real life.

When you feel supported in a consistent and realistic way, meaningful shifts can begin to happen in your daily life. This often looks like more stable energy, clearer thinking, less overwhelm, and a better understanding of your stress patterns and what helps you feel more steady. Over time, you may begin to feel more confident in the habits that support your health and well-being, like how nutrition, movement, and recovery start to feel more supportive and less like rigid rules to follow.

Personalized Coaching Sessions: Regular one-on-one sessions that create space to set meaningful goals, track your progress, navigate challenges, and adjust your approach based on what you need and what your life allows. Sessions are offered in English or Spanish to support your needs.

Your Personalized Approach: Together, we create an approach that supports your energy, clarity, and ability to respond to stress in a steady and sustainable way. This often includes exploring nutrition, movement, and recovery in ways that fit your daily life and contribute to your overall wellbeing

Ongoing Support: Throughout our work together, you’ll have space to navigate challenges, refine your approach, and build consistency over time. As needed, I’ll share tools and resources to help you keep moving forward.

Finding the right support for your health and wellbeing shouldn’t feel out of reach or confusing. To give you clarity and flexibility, two simple payment options for the full 6-month program are offered: Payment in Full or an Installment Plan. Both options give you access to the entire program experience and the support you need to break the stress-exhaustion cycle, regain energy, and build healthier habits that fit real life — on your terms.
