What is a Health Coach?

A health coach is a trained professional who supports clients in making sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle through a collaborative, client-centered process. Health coaching focuses on behavior change, habit development, and helping individuals build the awareness and skills needed to support their wellbeing over time — taking into account the different aspects that influence how a person feels and functions.

What do I do as a Health Coach?

I help individuals move beyond survival mode by learning to understand and regulate stress in a way that supports their real life. I take a whole-person approach, working with how your physical health, daily habits, and mental and emotional state interact, rather than focusing on one area in isolation. Through practical, personalized guidance, we work with three foundational areas — nutrition, movement, and recovery — to support how your body responds to and recovers from stress. This work isn’t about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about helping your system feel more supported, so you can experience steadier energy, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of control in how you feel and function day to day.

What does a whole-person approach to health mean?

This approach recognizes that your physical health, mental state, emotions, and daily environment are all connected. Rather than focusing on one area in isolation, we look at how your habits — including how you eat, move, recover, and handle stress — work together to influence how you feel and function. The goal is to support your body in a realistic and sustainable way, so your health feels steady and supportive in your everyday life.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is This program is for individuals who may feel overwhelmed, tired, or inconsistent; carry a lot of responsibility and pressure; have tried different approaches to health that don’t stick; or want a realistic, grounded way to feel better without adding more stress. If you’re seeking a grounded, whole-person approach that helps you better understand and regulate your stress, this work is for you.

What is your scope of practice?

I support clients through behavior and habit change, accountability, and lifestyle strategies related to how they eat, move, and recover, with a focus on helping them better understand and regulate stress. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If medical care is needed, I encourage clients to work with licensed healthcare providers to ensure they receive the appropriate care and support.

What are your credentials?

I’m certified in integrative nutrition, sports nutrition, gut health, and self‑regulation. These areas of training allow me to support your health in a way that considers your whole system — how you eat, move, recover, and show up — so you can feel grounded, steady, and clear in your daily life.

How is coaching different from medical care or therapy?

Coaching is not medical care or therapy. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Coaching focuses on your habits, your routines, and strengthens the way your whole system supports you day‑to‑day. It’s a practical, supportive process that can work alongside the care you receive from licensed professionals.

Do you create personalized nutrition plans?

I don’t prescribe diets or meal plans. I help you explore what works for your body and your lifestyle. I offer guidance so you can make choices that feel good and sustainable, because nutrition is one part of how your whole system stays steady.

Do you design exercise programs?

I don’t create workout programs. I help you integrate movement into your life in a way that feels doable and supportive, because movement is another way your system finds steadiness and clarity. As I continue my advanced studies, I’ll expand the ways I support clients in this area.

What results can I expect?

As your habits begin to better support your body, many clients notice improvements in their energy, focus, recovery, and overall sense of steadiness. Over time, stress feels more manageable, and daily life becomes easier to navigate because your routines are working with your body, not against it.

What if I need medical care?

Coaching doesn’t replace medical care. If you need medical support, I’ll encourage you to work with licensed providers. My role is to help your daily habits support the care you’re receiving.

How long does coaching take?

My program is a 6‑month commitment. This gives you enough time to build habits that last and feel the shifts you’ve been wanting.
